Mixed Up.
For my birthday I got an i-pod. Its pretty good. But my Mixed tapes are better.
Yes, There is the shuffle option on the i-pod but its not as good as shuffling up your own mix! Thus the beauty of a mixed tape. Its very cathartic and after stuffing up and getting frustrated at uni today it makes me feel alot better.
I especially like making the tapes for other people so that I can make them listen to "CHEESE" ( in other words good) music!
My favorite songs to put on Mixed tapes:

3. Flaming Lips- Sponge Bob and Patrick confront the physic wall of energy ( I love the bubbles - so happy)

5. Coldplay - In my Place ( my all time favorite song)

Making a mix tape is quite the artform. You have to find the right balance between what you like and what the guest likes. Then there's knowing when to pick up the tempo, slow it down, get the party jumpin etc. After all of this comes the tape cover art. Something that can make or break a mix tape. At the end of it all is one satisfied maker left only with anticipation in their mouth about the response.
ipod shuffle will never be the same. There's no love. No love in it at all.
When i get home i'm having a mix tape party. Everyone who comes brings a tape that we can play on the night. Too much fun to be had!
So true, so true. After graduating from Mixtape U I have learned what songs go with other songs. When a song fades out you need a song that fades in next. But sometimes, sometimes you want a song that comes in with a bang. Those are the times that make it all worthwhile. I've wasted my life
i actually brought a few of your mixed tapes over cheese. but i didnt know ozzie tapes dont work over here. just like everything else they are on a different system, so i cant play them!
